About

Patchprojection

As macrame is a traditional hand-work, this site is also collecting the work by hand: those jewels only being in computerized form, which are made by artistrs of electronic music and media arts – not only for himself, but mostly as technical background of their works. The “patch” (a namesake of an another hand-work, the patch-work) were in the last years an original aesthetic product, and first of all, a working system, which is modular and adaptable to any environment.

The aims of Makramé is to collect the patches and small appilactions of  MaxMSP/Jitter users. We’re waiting the contributions: developments, works etc, including the proposals of extending the site to PD, SuperCollider as well. Our site has no goals with propagating new objects: in this context there is a very efficient place, Maxobjects. We’re addressing instead the creative processes of using the objects and creating patches of them.

The sources published here are free for use, and please come back with the documents and further-developments of them!

      hi,

just right-click on the purple code sample and “save as…” the .maxpat file, that is the patch.
